Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ZipMail, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
ZipMail provides a free, temporary, and disposable email service powered by the mail.tm API. Our service allows users to receive emails at a temporary address to protect their privacy and avoid spam.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any illegal activities. While ZipMail is a receive-only service, you must not use the provided email addresses to register for services in a manner that violates their respective terms of service or facilitates fraud.
4. Limitation of Liability
ZipMail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the reliable delivery, secure storage, or availability of any emails.
- You should never use ZipMail for important, sensitive, or personal accounts (e.g., banking, primary social media, password recovery).
- In no event shall ZipMail, its developers, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes lost emails, missed important verifications, or unauthorized access to accounts registered using our temporary addresses.
5. Termination and Data Deletion
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Temporary email addresses and their contents are automatically deleted upon expiration or when manually deleted by the user, and cannot be recovered.
6. Changes to Terms
ZipMail reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
